I went to globals last year and the year before the first year we got 20 out of 48 and last year we got 6 of 72

I did D.I last yr! I made it to Globals and had a blast! But we sadly got 33rd out of 65 teams I think! But that's still pretty good 4 us! When we started we didn't have good teamwork. The only reason why we made it to Globals bcuz at State I think the 1st place team dropped out and we were in 3rd! So I'm really happy for that!

i went in '08 globals it was really fun but i DID NOT go to the party at the end our team went bowling. we came in 19th in secondary switch, and did any of you guys get the white wisconsin dragon pin.

im so glad i live in a small state. We only have a statewide competition. no regionals for us! and my teams goin to globals, second year in a row. we did DI've got a secret, secondary level

How much time do you get to yourself at globals is it all in the area of the competition or will you get some time with your friends in the hotel or time to walk around?

It depends on when you arrive. People start arriving on Monday, opening ceremonies is on Wed. night. You have one day for central challenge, one day for Instant Challenge, and one free day. Closing ceremonies is on Sat. pm. There is a lot to do, The Really Big Duct Tape Thing, pin trading, POOL, water fountain, eating, POOL, booths, more pin trading, etc.... My team didn't get there til Wed night so we had very little time. Hope you get to go sometime, it is unbelievable.

DI is the best best thing EVER!! My team made it twice to globals- First on Kidz Rules, then on Round About Courage. It was AMAZING when they anounced our name as first place a state. GO DI!

OMG I did radio Di in South Dakota, but unfortunately it was the only year my team didn't make it to state and it was horrible. I just got back from regionals! Goin' to state in 2008!!!! We always do the building structure now. Challenge E!!

My kids have been in DI for 7 years now and I have been a team manager for 4 years. True DIers don't talk that way! We were at D2K6, what an awesome experience!
