  • for a dance style that is not sexual in nature....this vid was very sexy. Thank you for sharing

  • You are a great dancer I love your videos. One question what's the song name?

  • My daughter says you look like a flower on a lilly pad :) High compliment I think.

  • Nice! and for being as big as you were, your dancing form was excellent! some people dont dance that good and they're not even pregnant! Good job! keep it up!

  • omg...hot

  • wtf she iz muslim?

  • Thats a fun and sexy cool way to stay fit ...good job girl. N don't listen to the haters with their negative ignorance. U keep going =*)

  • It's nice and wonderful, a role-model for all pregnant moms!

  • I danced while pregnant with both my boys. When done properly, this type of dancing is very beneficial to both the mom and baby. My results? Both my boys have a great sense of rhythm and are very musical! Keep dancing, mommy!

  • Beautiful ;)

  • simplemente maravilloso!!!!

  • Beautiful. Lol, I suspect that the delightful steps are exactly what got you where you are in this vid! Fabulous job demonstrating that not only is belly dance beautiful, it is beautiful at any stage of life-especially pregnancy-the most wondrous time in a womans' life!

  • It s so cute!! congratulations :)

  • Wow that's kool...but doesn't it harm your kid...I'm curious?

  • Does anyone know the name of the song??? :)

  • Pregnant belly dancing > any dancing. JS. Best wishes for you and your son!

  • So beautiful and engergetic- good for you to keep your body moving this late into your pregnancy!!

  • Some people just have no knowledge!

Dancing is perfectly safe during pregnancy!

I'm 36 weeks pregnant not dead!

  • OMG this is a big belly!

    beautyfull dancing ^^

  • YOu must be crazy jumping around like this. I hope this does not encourage other women here to follow you example and do the same. This type of jumping around can cause labour pain to start and maybe even brain damage to the baby.

  • @larcm3 lol you are jhoking right?

  • @larcm3 you probably do not know that bellydancing is great for labor and all that stuff?? and of course it doesnt cause brain damage to the baby, cause it are light steps that she takes, and there isnt a lot/any impact at all, because her feet are set on the ground properly and lightfooted. bellydance was originally a dance for pregnant women, so what you are saying doesnt make a lot of sense..

  • @AkaOniRai bellydance is great, but she was also hopping/jumping. Look at the whole video. That is not good for the pregnant woman nor the baby.

  • Bellydance is about having smooth control over body and love the music, love ur body and be happy dancing. To dance and being pregnant and show it in a tasteful way is not all that can do, but you really do it!!! thankyou

  • Too awesome!! I'm 33 weeks along, and I should totally try that! I think my husband wouldn't mind much, either.

  • This is so good for your body in preparation for the labour and post-natal care, ignore the jerks who don't know what they are talking about!

  • This is beautiful! your look so pretty! and i love your belly <3

  • My belly dance instructor is just this big now! It's so cute but I also wonder how heavy it must feel... I think people are worried only because they themselves have never been pregnant or known someone who is pregnant! Even knowing the benefits I'm on edge during my lessons in case the water breaks! XD Congrats on a beautiful performance and baby :)

  • *most beautiful pregnant woman... Sorry Xp

  • Wow very beautiful! Decider pregnant woman I have ever seen! Lol kudos to you!

  • You are very beautiful in your movements, aluringly feminine. Your tummy is to be especially venerted, & i will certainly celebrate your lovliness.

  • So pretty! I bet the baby had fun, too!

  • THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!

Shame some ppl comment when they have no clue.

Belly dancing is HEALTHY in pregnancy - I run a childbirth preparation program for Polish women in London (dobryporod.co.uk) and I tell them to dance! Thanks for posting Serap! Btw, as I watched it I could not help thinking how happy your baby must have been at the time :) :) the best cradle for the baby is their Mother's womb :) !!

  • forgive me but may i tell you how very sexy you are.

  • you are vary talented and beautiful, also congrats on the healthy baby boy :)

  • beautiful

  • i wish i could dance like you :)

    beautiful!!!

  • SHAME ON U

  • SHAME ON U, BLOODY EDIOT

  • Bravo!!! I like it so much!

  • DA BABY WAS PROBABLE HAVIN FUN IN DER

  • its so cute, im not preggo and i wish i could bellydance

  • I practice this dance and has many benefits. One of them is that it helps women to have a good labor. I recommend you to look for information.

  • hi using my firends comp, but i just found out im pregnant and am trying to find a belly daincing program because i heard that belly dancing is a celebration of pregancy.

  • i would say if there was a statement being made here, its that pregnant woman arent as fragile as everyone thinks they are, i think that this is a beautiful dance and congrats on your baby

  • اوووووك عورني بطني يوه شكل البطن وهو كذا فيه البيبي يقرف استغفرالله

  • what a fun saidi (i love dancing with canes :D)!!!

and what a gorgeous big tummy - she looked so great! congrats on a healthy baby boy!

  • Eh abdulmaliks? Bellydance used to be a way to prepare the mother for labour. By practising these move the labour would be easier and faster.

  • omg!!!!!!!

  • awesome......belly dancers have a very firm n strong control over their stomach muscles... dancing is good cos it works the tummy , hips and even legs... she is definitely not hurting the baby... in fact it is the better fun way of strengthening muscles and conditioning ur body for ur baby's birth.....

  • Ah, I can't belly dance, but I don't understand the comments about hurting the baby, this is no more intense than some yoga routines. Kinda looks fun. You have a pretty stomach, good to keep active. :-)

  • God, I love this woman so much!

  • That baby must have been loving this dance! Lovely and feminine!

  • belly dance actually helps strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor...important for moms to be - do some research before you start hating...this artform has long been associated with fertility in most middle eastern cultures - for good reason.

  • Her baby was born just fine, a very healthy baby boy! So dont you worry about things you know nothing about

  • @serapbellydance and in fact her labour was probably MUCH easier for the fact htat she had stayed so fit and was so in touch with her body, rocking, rotating her hips etc.

How can people be so silly as to think she is hurting the baby?? HOW?

  • @abdulmaliks Hey don't worry, bellydance is a dance for pregnancy.

Ofcourse u can dance it when ever u like but it is actually invented as a dance for pregnant Women, it's one of the best things u can do in preparation for giving birth =)

  • @abdulmaliks I can only assume from your comments that you know nothing about pregnancy and birth. Nothing she does here is unsafe for the baby. I am 6 months into my second pregnancy and I taught and danced bellydance throughout this one and throughout my first - and my doctor encouraged me. Please do not pass judgement in ignorance.

  • @abdulmaliks Good Lord, How OLD are you? Actually she did nothing at all that would endanger herself or the baby. Exercise like this is actually GOOD for her and the baby. I have a friend who rode her bike and jogged and did tae kwon doe thru her whole pregancy and she had a healthy 8 lb baby boy. Grow up and educate yourself before you start bitching about something you know nothing of.

  • @abdulmaliks jajajajaja you're such an idiot!!!!!!!! jajajaja

  • If I was trying to say something, I would use my voice and say it!

  • @serapbellydance Actually you are giving a very important message to women :)

belly dance is very beneficial to pregnant ladies... not only strengthen pelvis muscles and make delivery easier but also is a great therapy to make us feel beautiful and confidence.

Thanks very much for updating this video and congratulations! you dance awesome

  • @serapbellydance

Please do; this seems to be an open forum.

  • @serapbellydance

The best part of all of this is the babe, can hear or feel the rhythms! Very cool.

  • @abdulmaliks

    Maybe that she is fertile?

Instead of the cliche' of pickles and icecreme, she had a craving for Saidi?

What I find fascinating is just what the baby is hearing/feeling in utero?

This dance was happening, for the sake of pregnant women in ancient Egypt. It is as natural as the waters of the Nile. Infertile women and women who had the misfortune of infant death would make sacrifices to the Nile.

  • You are a beautiful inspiration! I am 5 months preg and am going to start dancing. Where can I find this awesome music and your costumes?

  • mais vous etres des sauvages

  • You both look wonderful! Im trying to conceive myself and plan on Bellydancing as a fun activity for me and the baby. very beautiful thanks for sharing!

  • Hi congratulations! Thank you so much. Its very good that your weight is'nt to havy its very hard to get rid of extra weight you put on during the pregnancy after giving birth haha! Although it may look easy, dancing pregnant was the hardest dance i ever did, but it was very fun and joyfull to do. Even now my baby still reconizes the music and hes 9 months old. I wish you a very healthy pregnancy and much love for you and your baby.

  • Hi thanks so much! Allthough the last weeks of pregnantcy where really hard i was'nt trying to dance the baby out haha! I was manely trying to stay fit, but no mather how much i danced i still had to work out to lose the extra baby fat. The funny thing is that whenever i play bellydancing music my baby starts to smile, its the sweetest thing ever

  • Muchas gracias! But unfortunatly i did'nt understand the whole message...
