Float Flying in Quicksilver Experimental Ultralight Aircraft

Very Nice. I fly a Powered Parachute and have to find a field whenever I want to fly. With this, all I need is a lake! Love it. I see that it is a single seat. Is it FAR 103 legal? Can you put this aircraft in a trailer for travel? Great Video. Thanks

@geneland That's a two-seat aircraft. Watch the video a bit closer and you'll see an empty right-hand seat. Pilot and passenger sit side by side, not tandem. Last I checked, you can only fly a two place ultralight in America with an instructors license. Rules might have changed. I LOVE this plane!!!

Some years back took a flight in a Quicksilver on floats at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Had a chance to take stick. Awesome flight. Awesome plane! Just like the early days of aviation, but with better technology.

hey if you're serious check out quicksilver ultralight aircraft. They cost between 12k and 55k. You have to assemble them yourself takes between 40 and 60 hrs the first time.
