Yes Its the main dojo of the Kodokan that is Mukai sensei friendship games gold medal winner. he is the sensei of the Junior high school class and the head instructor of the children/youth department at the Kodokan school..

This looks like its at the kodokan. Because at the dai dojo if you want to wrestle you have to do it on the side. All of the guys with that black flower patch at kodokan instructors.
