@JuggernaughtJump suppliments are a huge scam, ur spending way too much money on something that most of the time doesnt even work, and when it does, it only helps u lose a little bit of weight and can deteriorate some muscle tissue, i would never recommend even thinking of using suppliments
@guitarjunkee32 well basically, it takes time and dedication which ever way. the thing saying is basic protein supplements for building the muscle. maybe it could be better with just foods, but it just doesn't conform with my appetite. How do you interpret "does not work"?

I think 150 dollars on a standard olympic barbell with 300 pound weight and THEN, the power rack costs about 1,000 dollars or so. But that's all you need. If you want cheaper alternatives than power rack then you can do that.
Just be able to make a nice practical barbell squat, bench press if you would and then you cont

you should also jump forwards and backwards in that routine to develope a good leap
