  • And then you could do lunges and bench press and even pull ups with the power rack if you could further attach anything on this power rack.

    But also on supplements and eating more. Like I told you before on other videos, training is luxury. You literally gonna spend dome money on that LONG TERM. No excuses on your barbell. But supplements is at least 60$ a month, the power rack and barbell = one time.

  • @JuggernaughtJump suppliments are a huge scam, ur spending way too much money on something that most of the time doesnt even work, and when it does, it only helps u lose a little bit of weight and can deteriorate some muscle tissue, i would never recommend even thinking of using suppliments

  • @guitarjunkee32 well basically, it takes time and dedication which ever way. the thing saying is basic protein supplements for building the muscle. maybe it could be better with just foods, but it just doesn't conform with my appetite. How do you interpret "does not work"?

  • @JuggernaughtJump when i say doesnt work i mean that it would give limited to no results, i mean the thing with suppliments such as weight loss pills or something along those lines is that people tend to get overly dependent on it, and sometimes end up gaining weight, some people just buy suppliments as a substitute 4 excercise hoping to get fit with no effort whatsoever which isn't really possible

  • @MrPassatOwner not necessarily, just jumping is not enough to jump higher. You'll gonna pay for it, cheap cast equipment where power rack and just a nice standard barbell.

    I think 150 dollars on a standard olympic barbell with 300 pound weight and THEN, the power rack costs about 1,000 dollars or so. But that's all you need. If you want cheaper alternatives than power rack then you can do that.

    Just be able to make a nice practical barbell squat, bench press if you would and then you cont

  • @MrPassatOwner no there are different types of plyometrics that increase ur reactive speed and ultimately ur vertical. but u need strength to support it
