Driving under the speed limit is not illegal. It is a limit. It would be illegal if there was a minimum speed limit (they do exist). Also, people talking about how you can legally go 10mph over, you can't. Just because you don't get pulled over and ticketed doesn't mean its legal. If they felt like it, you could be ticketed for 1mph over. Anyway, I understand your rage about people not going the limit, especially in areas that you can't pass or a populated so there is no room to pass.

@Xidium426 I was in arizona 1 month ago and got a ticket for going to slow. It was a warning. And if he caught me going slow again I would have been fined. So you can definately get a slow ticket. 45 in a 55. Two weeks later I got a ticket for being young in a red car. Going speed limit, then ticketed anyway cause he knew i was too far from home to fight the $170 fine later. I race a lot so I dont mind getting what I deserve. But Arizona cops are crooks and ridiculous.

@golf1diesel people like me have to drive 50 miles a day to work and back, pricks like this doing under the speed limit or even just on the speed-limit (you can exceed it by 10kmph legally) is just fraking annoying and will probably score him/her a ticket for reckless driving, I rarely see people doing this lately, thank gosh.

I know a guy named Tony Szaget, and he drives so slow that one day, I was driving home from school, and it usually took me 5 minutes to get home from school. But one f*** day, I was driving behind him, and instead of taking 5 minutes to get home, it took me 25 minutes to get home, that's how slow he is!

The speed limit is a LIMIT, not a requirement. Don't be a jackass-- other people can drive as slow as they like, as long as there is no posted minimum speed. Exceeding the speed limit even by a little bit is prohibited, though.

@chumpychumpychump Actually you can get a ticket for going too slow, or blocking traffic (same thing in the laws eyes) if there is no reason to go that slow. That is one of the reasons they have to fill out the condition of the weather, road, and traffic when they make reports.

As long as there isn't a lot of traffic I like transfer the aggravation to them pass them and slow to 1/2 or less of their speed and become oblivious to the fact your going way under the speed limit. Unless they make you become aware of it by trying to pass then realize wow id better speed up then slow back down again. After a mile or so of this they generally get the message. Especially at idle in town. It amazing how fast the drivers will drive after that. Even chasing you over the speed limit
