It is nice to see the Waratah symbol in its glory days.... The Waratah is also the state flower/symbol of NSW, the home of Grace Brothers- I think Deborah Hutton did the advert in this one.
Anyone notice the sound effect at 3:50? I didn't realise they had MSN Messenger back in 1987 :P Even though I'm from Melbourne, I went to Wonderland 10 years ago and the best thing was..........THE BUSHMAN'S BEAST!!!!!!!
Yeah, when I was recording this video off a tape I found, I had my VCR plugged into the line in, which for some reason also recorded the PC sound. Someone else ripped this same video off me and claimed it as their own, now my copyright(left) is embedded into the video they ripped off me!
I think it was actually called, "The Bush Beast" at Wonderland. By the way, Wonderland how now closed :(.
ohmygod. the whole time i was wondering why all the people had a different accent and it wasnt until the car commercial did i reallize that this is austrailian... ooppsss... lol.
The cost of the card, 34 dollars, waste of money and who goes regularly to wonderland. I only had been there just once, the time of the channel 7 tower ride, lol.
The Cockroaches would morph into the Wiggles.

Isn't all advertising "Retail" say the least?

Sorry, I got my facts mixed up. Two members of the Cockroaches went on to help form the Wiggles.

Isn't it still standing? Just not open?
labuff83 4 years ago
Nope, as far as I've heard it's been demolished - some rides were sold to other amusement parks, the rest knocked down to build warehouses.
