@Nz0x he is General Tragg's Idiotic Partner with the Beak General Tragg is on the Final Stage he is Red in Hue Colour he actually has Tragg's Voice and says the Very same thing Tragg does idk why though. After this Level woulda been in the NES as Shogun's Level A Robot pretending to be some Demonic Shogun that can Remove his Head while fighting Robotic Tigers, etc The Final Stage in the NES Version always glitches when u go down the Escalator where it show the entire alphabet, and 1,,2,3's
a pro to playing on 4 players is the backup and 3 pizzas at end of the elevator. the con is that every team i get partenerd up with has at least one person who takes all the pizzas. and I end up dead because of it.
this boss is easy. Hit once and walk up. hit once and walk down. Made it a lot of times and u can defeat him. Is boring but works. Lot of guys made this on arcades.
for what i saw,,and i been playing..it seems this game is definitly made to make you lose,, even in a fair one to one fight with an unarmed foot soldier,
you still take damage.. i mean you are punching the daam soldier.. and while you are in your move set.. he punch you or kick you.. is worst if he have a weapon..of course,,, is fucking impossible even in normal. beat this arcade emulation.. with just one life..
I encountered an interesting glitch on a TMNT arcade machine when I was younger while at Chuck-E-Cheese. During a 4 player game, after defeating Granitor, when Splinter was being lowered by the rope, rather than dropping and becoming freed, he continued to be lowered through the floor and beyond the bottom of the screen. The game did nothing more and the turtles were uncontrollable, stuck in their idle stances. We had to have the game be reset.

they should have arcades again. 1. I want human interaction and 2 I am tired of people quiting in fights when they are losing. also the online connections are sometimes bad
The NES version did have the extra stages, but it was VASTLY inferior, in terms of playablity. The Turtles' moves were reduced, the hit detection was awkward and choppy, and the graphics and sound were complete garbage. It's a shame the game was never ported to the SNES, a console that could have actually supported it accurately.
X-box 360, PS3 are what killed the arcades. Now a days people figure why go to the arcades when they have better games at home. The only time you will ever see these games around are in pizza places like Peter Pipper pizza, Chuckie Cheeze, CiCi's and old supermarkets, laundrymats and old movie rental stores. Otherwise they are hardly anymore independent arcades anymore.
I don't know what you are trying to say and I don't want to know. You can't even spell the words correctly, so go back to school and learn how your grammer and learn how to right, besides you don't know who I'm speaking to about this asshole.
You know how you fight General Trag at the end there, well has anyone kept some footsoldiers or road kill rodneys alive throughout the fight and kill Trag first, I wonder what would happen.
This game came out in 1989 and good luck finding it anywhere anymore. A lot of arcades for some reason are no more and usually the only games now are stupid sit in racing games or crappy fighting or shooting games. No more classic beat em ups like this, Wrestlefest, X-Men, and Simpsons anymore.
Something I never liked about these 90s arcade games was that their were no real tactics you could use - it was simply a case of walk to the nearest badguy, hammer the buttons and kill him before he kills you, repeat until you lose a credit, put more money in, repeat.
Well maybe with four or three players but its pretty simple to figure it out with two, well at least they tried to make it less confusing by using the different colored headbands and elbow and kneepads like the cartoon at the time did, still you think that both that and the different weapons the turtles have would be enough to keep you from losing track of who you are but I guess not, but still at least be thankful that back then they didn't go with the Turtles all wearing red *2bcont.*
still at least be thankful that they didn't go with the Turtles all wearing red like the Mirage comic book, not that would have really been a nightmare when trying to figure out who's who, also this not being able to tell which Turtles is which reminds Me of all the times in the classic cartoon when they would make mistakes concerning the Turtle's headband colors like when you would hear a certain Turtles voice with the wrong Turtle or when there would be more than one of the same Turtle there.
Only thing missing are the Neutrinos.

It was the style and flavor of the era that made the Ninja Turtles what they were and no one can resurrect that in modern times.
