what happend to him mounting the hdd backwords i bet he didint think about the power for it when he said that. man who even does that anyway lol and shit i can build a bigger computer in less time lol
Why such a big shitty case for a small mobo? and honestly...Atom? opening Firefox doesn't impress me either lol. I would recommend the Zotac 9300 itx board...does everything this does 10 times better plus gaming..all in a nice case not this piece of fail.
all you need is a pentium3 to run itunes or other things like firefox!!! burning cd? everything out in stores can do that... fail...i found a pentium4 on the street and now playing crysis... free... and better than that piece of crap.
an ITX mobo in an ATX mid tower case dude thats not space efficient but you can put in a whole bunch of fans in blank spots and have yourself a good airflow based mini itx computer
I can mount it faster than he does, he is wasting much time screwing the board in place and putting the back pane into the slot, the best/faster way is to remove the mobo drawer (if have one), place all supporting screws and then placing and screwing the board.
and the back pane, the best way is to press all the 4 corners at the same time and then move your fingers around the edges placing it where it is still losse.
And he also cannot put his hands on the board like that!
I don't get why americans think piracy is such an expert only thing, here in brazil, a child knows how to download any game/program/OS for free from bittorent.
It is really not hard to bypass the vista or any other antipiracy system.
LOL@ i/o panel sooo true. also to anybody reading, if your giving feedback to case manuf. mobo manurf. IYTS please mention to standardize front panel headers. it's soo easy to do it's stupid not to. a 8 hole jumper could save many hours of messing about?!? asus have q-connecter but ALL case/mobo manuf. IMO should be doing it.
the objective of a mini-itx board is to put it on a mini itx case...
and these cases are a bit expensive 60-70$ or get a mini atx case not a mid tower. cause you can get a asrock board with hdmi 7.1 firewire and more power than this one plus cheaper to put it on.
with the cpu and ram and on board graphics running compared to 400 watts for desktop rigs
with discrete video cards, even refrigerators dont consume 400 watts of power theres no reason a computer should, at 400 watts a desktop pc sucks as much power as a microwave oven except it not on for only 50 seconds
If I was looking to buy a computer with this spec, I would spend my money on a used computer of about 3 years old which has more expansion ports and hardware.
There are lots of online retailers that sell refurbished computers with good warranties or you can choose to search the classified of your local Newspaper.
Almost any home computer build within the last five years would easily accomplish all the tasks the presenter has mentioned. Intel are looking to off load their excess CPUs.
haha the monitor cost more than the comp and that cf to ide adapter is pretty cool but sum websites sell a pci card that is 4 cf to one ide so basically its a SSD o.O o yea that barebone is a rele good deal
i built my pc by myself, it cost me about 500 euros and runs all the new games fine, COD4 max res all settings high gets me about 60fps. this pc is a good price and will be great for alot of people that dont game high end video games.

the objective of a mini-itx board is to put it on a mini itx case...
and these cases are a bit expensive 60-70$ or get a mini atx case not a mid tower. cause you can get a asrock board with hdmi 7.1 firewire and more power than this one plus cheaper to put it on.

ya but boards like this only consume 30 watts
with the cpu and ram and on board graphics running compared to 400 watts for desktop rigs
with discrete video cards, even refrigerators dont consume 400 watts of power theres no reason a computer should, at 400 watts a desktop pc sucks as much power as a microwave oven except it not on for only 50 seconds
