@horsejumpgal I can answer you. It's the liner and you. Wet & wild isnt a very good brand, it's known to be kind of cheap :( I have the liner and it does get very clumpy. But you also have to learn to work with it and apply slowly and carefully. I suggest getting an eye marker (nyx super skinny eye marker). Good luck! :)

I resently got my first liquid eyeline (like 2 weeks ago) and it the wet & wild h20 proof liner in black. ive been having a lot of trouble with it getting all over my lashes on then my lashs clump together.
