This video makes some good points, but it's a hodge-podge of totally different points. Among them:

-->Don't reveal private information about your patients.

-->Recognize that anything you (as a physician or student) do can leave a digital footprint about yourself.

-->Social media can help in your communication with patients/clients.

-->Create your own online presence rather than allowing others to construct the image they want, not the one you want.

Valid points, but too jumbled.
