They are likely not sibings, according to BRS's site BRS and DM are from a different time and dimension from Yomi and the other girl ( Who's name I can never remember ) So judging based off of that data and BRS's and DM's appearance they're likely alternate versions of the main characters, perhaps as children BRS and DM had the same relationship and Yomi and the other, then, well maybe something happened, not shar wut, anyways, hope this helped

Insane Black*Rock Shooter's eyes are purple. Theoretically, she's a fusion of B*RS and Black*Gold Saw but nothing's certain yet as Huke hasn't released official info concerning it. But she IS I.B*RS so yes, the eyes are correct in this vid. ^^,
