  • Pido emprestado al banco 80.000$ a un interes de 8% a un plazo de 30 años. Como resultado es 131.323 en concepto de intereses mas los 80.000$ que pedi al banco en total son 211.323$ por capital e intereses. Este es un ejemplo de un libro que ando leyendo, he aplicado sus formulas y sus resultados no son las misma como explica robert kiyosaky "el autor del libro" me podria ayudar si es tan amable de resolver ese problema?
