Because I'm a giant nerd the video intro I have to re-watch over and over annoys me because it shows moon dust "billowing" in clouds as if it were in an atmosphere... In space it'd follow Newtonian physics rather than fluid dynamics (e.g. parabolic arcs and straight lines -- more like the bits of Saturn's ring as the meteor passes through it) with absolutely no "billowing" at all.
I've tried 4 or 5 different drivers, lots of the various edits and .cfg files, start-up options, etc. Nothing works. The card does great on Portal 2 maxed out on resolution and filtering...
I haven't tried Crysis yet; life's been keeping me busy. i figured I'd download the game for the long weekend, ended up not getting it to work and built a racing chair for my PS3/Gran Turismo 5/Logitech G27 setup. Getting it setup the way I wanted shaved a full second off my lap time on my first lap.
@Blenster The thing is,i've tried almost everything...even changing my windows,new drivers and shit...still didn't work.I think it's a compatibility problem with our video card and the game.
@teicteonacha there are 2 versions of HD6790,one by ATI one by AMD don't know which one you have,but ...:-s i tried 2 windows 7 for rage and still the same shit.Played Crysis 2 with everything maxed and 8xAA. The problem with crysis is that i have a bug that doesn't allow me to go further.

Dude... I have HD6790, I play Rage on 1920x1080, maxed out, 0AA, 40 FPS.
And Crysis 2 on 60 FPS on everything maxed with 2xAA
