can thermage help with stretch marks?

@otherwheregirl This is a touch question to answer because of how stretch marks are made. They are fractured collagen, so even if we tighten the fibers, the mark is still there. So, Thermage CAN help with the appearance of the stretch mark, but it will not remove it. You might want to consider doing a fractionated laser treatment instead. Smartxide Dot and Fraxel Restore are two great options. But, remember, nothing will work in only 1 treatment. Expect atleast 4.
