@yuriwriter I know that reply is late but if someone tries to find that movie the "Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea" DVD is the wrong hint because it features an other Pikachu short called "Pikachu's Island Adventure".

I wonder if this one here ran at some Amarican 4D cinemas for a short while... =3

In my opinion, even though this pokemon short might also contribute of "The Lilo and Stitch" story, but it's still not a main theory. :D

Um, well, in my opinion, even though some Disney fans may think that Pokemon doesn't mainly contribute to the Disney's "The Little Mermaid" story, it can seem pretty similar when you think about it a little more--that is, that scene where Manaphy and Buizel show up at the water's surface and glide around under water throughout the seven seas. :P
