I like how you pointed out that no one's accent is the same, so there's no way you can represent an entire city's accent! Here's what she's talking abt in phonetics:

- Scottish "t" is a glottal stop [ʔ]

- Irish "t" at the coda is something like a [ɬ] or dental [s]

- Brooklyn (is it brooklyn?) "t" is an alveolar affricate [ts]
