@11:20 stop the chair from buckling, fill up the hollow aluminum tubing with a 2 stage epoxy or glue that will harden and stiffen up the lawnchair joints 7 bends, you can probally get it inside from the armrest, make sure it gets down to the bends and are filled solid down there :P

If I recall correctly, your coilovers are at an angle, which will make them seem softer. If you can mount them straight up-and-down, (I recommend cutting a hole in the lawnmower chassis, and building some framework to suit...so you don't have to ride way up in the air) you won't need new springs. mounting them closer to the axle also helps, but limits your travel
Some rubber bumpers off a car could help soften things if you bottom out, too.

@11:20 stop the chair from buckling, fill up the hollow aluminum tubing with a 2 stage epoxy or glue that will harden and stiffen up the lawnchair joints 7 bends, you can probally get it inside from the armrest, make sure it gets down to the bends and are filled solid down there :P

If I recall correctly, your coilovers are at an angle, which will make them seem softer. If you can mount them straight up-and-down, (I recommend cutting a hole in the lawnmower chassis, and building some framework to suit...so you don't have to ride way up in the air) you won't need new springs. mounting them closer to the axle also helps, but limits your travel
Some rubber bumpers off a car could help soften things if you bottom out, too.
