  • hello can u look at my video its called driver problems and tell me how to fix the problems thx :)

  • HP is unable to fix problems in Brazil. I'm facing a lot of problems since january 5th without my notebook. HP is one of the worst companies in terms of garantee: in Brazil /watch?v=OZ97FTJpBvQ

  • @georgegm Sorry to hear about your repair problems. You should probably call HP and escalate the issue to get a case manager to help on this.

  • alright thank you please let me know when it is done :) i need software for my PC as i just upgraded to windows 7 and it is now as clean as a bottle lol

  • hi where can i find drivers for m9590d desktop :( only found m9590a :s

  • @lambofmagic Sorry for replying so late on this, and thank you for bringing it to my attention. I am working with the team that handles this to get the software and drivers updated to your hp product support page. This should be resolved shortly.

  • hi where can i find drivers for m9590d desktop :( only found m9590a :s

  • @ottakimme You are probably getting that error because your hard drive is SATA. XP does not have native SATA support, so you'll likely need to change your hard drive settings in the BIOS to IDE or Both. In our playlist there is a video on downgrading and there are a lot of customer comments where these topics have been discussed. You can also try asking the hp support forum for help on this - hp .com / support / consumer-forum - I added spaces in the URL so Youtube would post it.

  • i cant use any of these options and i do not have internet. when i go on the hp website to look for the drivers it does not provide me with any and only recovery cd to purchace. my model number is a6603w. please help me.

  • i am having a problem with my hp pavilion. i have lost my ethernet controller driver and i am having trouble getting it back. i cant go on the internet and i do not have ant of those options you provided. is their any possible way of getting it back?

  • I am struggling finding the drivers for my hp pavillion. I need all the drivers for it and on the website it keeps telling me to buy a recovery kit and in the video it was there.and ready to download, is it somthing I am doing wrong or is it only available for purchase?

  • @rjsdaman2 hi. I'm not sure why your drivers aren't available on hp's site. I'm looking into that. But one thing you can do is go to nvidia . com and go to Download Drivers, then search for the Vista Chipset driver for "NVIDIA nForce 630i / NVIDIA GeForce 7100" as that is your chipset. Installing that on your PC should get your ethernet controller back. I would link you to it directly, but youtube doesn't let me put in links.

  • i just got a sansa clip and my computer could not load driver software for it? what could i do?

  • You probably need to install a driver for it. Did it come with a CD? You need to install the software for it.

  • I have an OEM HP Pavillion DV9500.

I downgraded to XP Professional and now I'm missing lots of drivers for my hardware. 5 base system devices, an ethernet and network controller, sim-bus controller. I can't update them automaticly, and can't find the exact model number or drivers on google/hp/microsoft that match the hardware. :$

    HELP!

  • @wurgdwerg @wurgdwerg You can probably find your exact model number on the bottom of your laptop, on the service tag. You could also go to hp . com and select support, then let the site autodetect which model you have. Once you know your model, you may be able to find the specs for devices, which you can use to find the drivers on google. I would look for your graphics chipset and sound in particular.

  • im haveing trouble with the lan drivers, in my compact persario, it wants me to download threw device manager??

  • That is ok to do. Just go to device manager. Go to Start and then right-click "Computer" (in Vista) or "My Computer" (in XP). In Vista, click the "Device Manager" link. In XP, click the Hardware tab and then the Device Manager button. Find your LAN device, right-click it and then select Update Driver. If you are connected to the internet it will update automatically for you.

  • awesome thanks

  • Can please tell me where i can get all xp drivers for my certain hp model? because my friend is going to help downgrade to xp cause i dont like vista but we need all the xp drivers for my certain hp incase xp cant read some drivers on my comp. please help me i went hp and they didnt have many xp drivers we need.

  • Actually, we have a video that explains how to change from Vista to XP. It tells how to find the drivers you need and gives tips on how to avoid issues that may occur. Take a look at our Support Videos. I'd link it here, but youtube doesn't allow links.

The above video also explains how to find the drivers you'll need in the Device Manager step. For downgrading to XP, you'll likely need the Chipset, Graphics, and Sound drivers.

You can also get help in hp's forums and asking members for help.

  • i hate hp i haven't had a pc in like 3 months because they won't let me download the drivers of the site.

    i have a compag sr1015nx

  • I'm sorry you have had a bad experience with HP. Can you tell me more about your issue? I don't really understand what you mean by they won't let you download drivers. How can HP stop you from downloading drivers?

I was looking up your model and couldn't find it. Is it possibly the SR1510NX?

  • thanks

  • thanks for the help
