How dare he points out gun in front of his senior. I also let the council killed because of it's arrogance and disrespect for humanity. Why didn't they listen to shepard when he warned them about the reapers and why did they dare to ban Shepard to go in her Normandy? How dare the council behave so stupidly?

Nevermind, I fixed the problem. You will need full Charisma to influence wrex to chill. (idk for Intimidation, probably the same). Also, if you saved at that the point right befor you speak to wrex, and dont have enough points, then reload to the autosave(the one at the beggining of the mission), and rather killing the enemies with the Mako, kill them on foot. You'll get alot more xp that way. :)

Wrex has a side mission - if you complete it before the events depicted here you can convince him to back down without the need for a charm or intimidate option. Really it's a shame to kill him.

Wrex was one of my favorite followers, and you've actually got to have some empathy for the guy. A way to repair a condition that's threatening his species' existance at his finger tips and no one's agreeing with him.
