One of my favorites from Link's Awakening and the Oracle games it to try and lift a wall with the Power Bracelets when someone does something stupid (Hi Ralph). Makes Link look like he's face-walling.

you can steal in links awakening. like the bow you need. it costs 980 rupees. if you do steal, you get named thief the rest of the game, and if you walk back in the store, the shopowner kills you

yeah ive done it loads. if you stand in the bottom left corner, he turns around, then leg it for the door and if your luky he wont turn around in time. admittedly, next time you go back he brands you as a thief and kills you, but thats only a small price to pay for some extra arrows

It's possibble to steal in link's awakening. once you go back into the shop, the aisian shopkeeper does some ninja arts to kill link. if you do it twice your name gets permenately changed to THEIF.

I always thought that the shopkeeper in Link's Awakening was equal to Ganondorf. After you steal, the shopkeeper tries to kill you, hates you, and has your name permanently changed to THEIF and you're publically humiliated forever.Seriously, does anyone else think that?
