I agree with MGR. I saw the footage that day of tower 1 on fire, and the reporters saying that it was a plane strike. If I were Bush I would have then proceeded into the classroom with the kids thinking to myself that this COULD be terrorism, but the US Military Machine is now in motion so I'm not going to over-react to an accident until I have the facts.

Remembering back, even I thought in my own memory that I saw the plane hit the tower on television on the day of 9/11. The apparent truth is that I only HEARD that it happened on the news and then saw the footage the next day. It's possible in this particular case, that Bush just remembered it slightly wrong.

i don't think he's saying he saw the crash happen, he just saw a report of it happening on tv before he went in and then got told about the second while he was in the classroom cause then it was obviously an 'attack'

I don't know if he is lying or not. I do want to say that the notion that it would be too difficult to keep a black ops operation with the objective to fake a terror attack secret therefore it must not have happened that way is a fallacy. All they would have to do is correctly compartmentalize the entire operation and almost no one would be the wiser. But the operation was done too well, a lot of evidence was left behind that proves beyond doubt something more happened.
