Capcom decided to make T.Hawk Mexican at the last minute and they didn't know how to come up with an original Mexican fighter until SF4 with El Fuerte and that's after Tekken came up with King and Virtua Fighter with El Blaze....

Why do they give all the characters the same type of music? I recognize the theme, but the tempo is the same, the "instruments" are the same, and the overall sound is almost identical. The SFII themes were all distinct. A funky, techno, hip-hoppish T. Hawk track? That just ain't right.
