the point of the video is that there's a series of videos that are adverts for skittles where you put your finger on the screen and it does stuff. There one where a cat licks your finger, stuff like that. You don't need to have annotations it's not really an interactive video. You just put your finger on your screen and that's it. There's nothing more. Check out some of the other skittles ads maybe then you'll get it. You guys are just overthinking here. You don't have to do anything.
