i would not say perfect but quite good, and I insist please try to make it with a little bit of lima juice it may go against the recipe but by doing that u can always find new colors, flavors and textures otherways u will remain "Clogged" xD just an opinion

ok y really liked this one but if u add somo lima juice the flavor improve a lot . nice color, nice garnish, really good techniques.
