Notice a lot of young male actors in movies always have blond hair such as Chad Allen, Macaulay Culkin, Rick Schroder, etc., they favor them with blonde hair, maybe because it looks better.

@MustardFlower Well back then the Democrats and Republicans were both completely different parties than they were now anyway. It was probably changed to match the times and what the parties "represented".

This is one of the greatest movies ever made. I really enjoy watching it. It's different to see Rick Schroeder so young. I recommend this movie to all my friends!

I LOVE this movie and I hope one day I can buy this on dvd. For me there is NO christmas without seeying this movie and every year I watch (on television)... Every time I cry, because this movie is só touching and it is food for the child in me, that still believe and hope that the ignorant world of adults can change. I much prefer this version over the one made in the 90's. Cedie's innocence is so real here. In the newer one it's so forced.

When I was growing up in Clifton, NJ I had a classmate who reminded me of LIttle Lord Fauntleroy. He was clean cut and very polite. He never swore or spat. And most of his friends were girls. If he wasn't tall he would have gotten beaten up a lot. I moved a few times and I always wondered what happened to him. I just friended him on facebook. I am glad he is doing well.
