The first Fase is 4 series (5 shoots in 90 seconds). The second fase is 4 series (5 shoots in 20 seconds), And the last fase 4 series (5 shots in 10 seconds.
Is this in Spain? Ive heard that Standard pistol is shot there with large calibre pistols as well in a national programme?

Yes, it is Spain. Here, Standard Pistol is only when shooting with 22 LR calibre. This kind of competition is national but not official in the ISSF.
