@markuslowe9 Because I use wide aperture lenses. That allows me to shoot video at a realitively low ISO. If you have a micro four thirds camera then try the Panasonic 20mm F1.7 lens for video. It is currently the best m4/3s lens for shooting low light video because of its wide aperture.
@seanjohnalpha Actually, the 20mm pancake lens lacks an aperture ring so you cannot control aperture mechanically. I was manually focusing with the focus ring. That is the noise you are hearing.

how come ur videos dont have noise? all my videos turn out with grainy noise!!! please help!

what is that noise? is it you doing manual focus?

@dungying He's playing with the aperture...sliding his finger across the joggle causes that noise.
