@jiggyd181 sleep paralysis itself is normal, it might occur to anyone. normally we feel the body heavy becuz our spirit is not fully conected to our body and so our commands arent strong enough to make it move. sometimes we can see, our eye, as some ppl say, is the window to our soul, so conecting to it is far easy than entire body.

all spirit form have more healthy sense, so, pls. dont fear. i think it is the first step to know what you hear, and who is that, and what it want.

because that is the case, in a sense you always are "projecting". projecting is just you becoming aware thats all. when you dream and as your physical body sleeps. your consciousness shifts towards your astral. so every dream youv had , in essence really was your minds best interpretation of an astral projection experience.

a dream is not an astral projection, a dream is your minds interpretation of your astral experiences.

you cant die from projecting, our astral body is linked to our physical body, but that does not mean that death can be from projecting. you are essentially immune to harm in a sense while projecting.

A few things have happened that convince me that entities exist that can be described as demons (maybe not of a specific religion but I say demon you probably know what I mean) and I am becoming more convinced that our universe or reality is under the watch of a god entity that seems to have revealed itself once.

I also have a theory that a true heaven and hell could exist in the sense that the labels could apply accurately to the "lower dimensions" and "higher dimensions."

@Sinfire777 When I was haunted by it in my nightmares as a kid, it was a strange thing. Elongated head but the end comes to a point. It's skin was old looking and dark brown, like the color of shit. All sounds silly now but it got me to consider killing myself at around age 8 just so I would never have to see it again.

Now it rarely appears in form but it's usually whatever form works. Scary when it needs to be but attractive and smooth when it wants to "be my friend" again.

The scary isn't that bad when you know nothing in a dream can hurt you and it did have a way of cheering me up when I needed it. Needless to say I didn't eat the mystery meat, just the mashed potatoes. Still, they seemed to be enjoying it.

@MRinvisible2everyone You are far from it. You said you experienced fear and that is the sign that its just the begining for you. Soon you should not be afriad, (think positive thoughts) and at least for me, the vibrating turned extreamly sensationable. Astral progection has been comming to me extreamly easily (i have never tried a technique.) So my advice is just to wait it out, eventually when you feel safe and happy during a episode of SP, THINK your spirt up and out of your body.

@Miister00 Not sure where you get that information from. I've read quite a few books from different authors who have had OBE's their entire lives who say that its perfectly safe and natural and you cannot die from having them or lose your body in any way.

I believe OBEs are all in your mind, as are dreams. they ARE REAL, but not physically real like things are physically real on earth, like our bodys, thats why its imposible to die from one. Ppl do believe you can get possesed by one and in that case you sort of die in a way. but thats a whole nother story.

Solidity is not real but only a matter of our mind's perspective.
