  • @mr1000rx Yes, yes it is.... also the will to take care of poor people, what if all our countrys would do that? imagine no poor people> then no need for leaders to be rich and finaly> comunism and hittler will take over the world. Can't have that so pound, pound, pound HAARPing all around. PS High powered radio waves can make certain molecules vibrate (there for releasing heat) and that hit can triger a...JAPAN earthquqe, could be wrong tho...but don't bother thinking about it, as this is crazy

  • imagine ya run out of water, and you are in the middle of the desert highway, all you need to do is pee in the car and you will get there and if you ran out of pee try spiting that may give ya a quarter of a mile per spit.

  • An engine that violates the law of thermodynamics and this is all they're doing with it? I smell hoax.

  • Water goes around. Yes? Ever heard about the water cycle?

Now that I think about it, I don't even WANT this to go into mass production. It's just going to delay the problem. Without any oil, we can live. The last thing we need is to run out of water.

  • Sorry, but that's a fraud. You can get hydrogen from water, but the energy you can generate from that is at most the amount you have to put in to generate the hydrogen from the water in the first place, minus inevitable losses. You cannot fool mother nature in the form of physics. There is no such thing as a free lunch in energy conversion.

  • it's dead ~ sfcitizenDOTcom/blog/2009/03/20/no-more-embarrassment-for-thomson-reuters-genepax-water-car-is-dead/ ~ it appears someone or someones --- went and killed genepax quietly.

  • @kinein They killed it quietly when they realized it was a fraud.

  • Say "Goodbye Rockefeller!"

  • Does anyone else find the timing on this a little eerie?? Oil, Rockafellers, Hydrogen engines, disaster in Japan...

  • @achozenshaman i feel ya bro

  • @achozenshaman I was thinking exactly that. I realize this is a few years old but now is when it is getting press. GREAT timing, methinks. It might actually reappear and move forward.

  • LOL Three years ago and still no word

  • @trippplefive Yes, the site was "closed" 2 years ago: 3 double W dot genepax dot co dot jp

  • Either this was really a scam, or the NWO types took these people out. I saw an invention in SF once, added electrons to the body, and claimed to preserve youthful cells.... Those people were suddenly off the market a few weeks later.

  • This video like 3 years old. I wouldn't be surprised if the creator hasn't been assassinated by the oil companies already.

  • @ThePlasticPickle conserve seawater? i think there is more sea water than oil, idiot.

  • Ok, engadget and treehugger both have some good info on how this works. Basically, there's a chemical that's in the refomer that breaks out the hydrogen via chemical reaction in a "Membrane Electrode Assembly". There's no info on how often you'll have to replace/replenish the chemicals, but the power system, without the car, is currently costing about $19k in US dollars. The reformer module is probably about a third of that cost, with the rest being the hydrogen fuel cell (long life).

  • TANSTAAFL. Water is already at a low energy state. You break the molecules by inputting energy. You feed the gasses into a fuel cell, and you get no more energy back than you put in. So, where do you get the power to charge the battery that runs the electrolysis chamber? The car has no PV cells on top, and wouldn't have much power anyway due to low surface area. Genepax's website is all informercial.

  • The test vehicle looks a bit like a Reva G-Wiz to me, lol...

  • Let's hope a group of oil companies don't buy it and make it disappear.

  • @youmann30 no, they haarp the earth around japan instead and kill everyone!

  • Big oil will not approve.

  • Awesome! Great achievement.

Idea: They should offer the generator system seperate so we can use it to power our houses. Easy to hook up a tap to it or store rain water for use with it. Would need to be resized to match different house needs. This size may fit those who are very conscious of energy needs or vacation cabins.

On another note: why all the comments so pessimistic on alternative research. Could be they believe the oil and energy companies propoganda. .

  • Energy in Energy out - if there are no losses (heat, noise etc) then it would be 100% efficient - even then - its actually more ineffecient than a normal system due to the losses created.

The only advantage is the conversion of H2o to HHO via a renewable energy system and stored for the car to use at any time. H2 cells are still a better option due to minimal moving parts and electric drive.

  • So where does the energy come from? Fluorine? I doubt it, that would be too expensive (and you'd have to keep filling up with fluorine as well as water). Rest assured this is just another fraud out to get your investment dollars (or in this case maybe just your Japanese Yen).

  • Wow, that is too cool:)

  • Spread the word guys... revolution is coming!

  • @luckyvet. Your an idiot. The military would have no reason to stop this project. I hope that this is real and hits the markets. Signed...A Real VET

  • You think it was bad when we hit peak oil.... just wait till we hit peak water LOL

  • The pentagon probably already bought out these guys :& threatened them with death for attempting to mass market it.

Oil companies shackle us and thats not going to change.

  • God I hope so. I bet it is too expensive for the common man though.

  • this is a fuel-cell car and not really a water fueled car.

Daniel Dingel, an Engineer from the Philippines is the one who really invented a water fueled car,he invested 30 years working for it.

  • @Meilber Daniel Dingel was convicted of fraud.

  • whath a horrible english....

  • SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU OR TALK TO YOU ONLINE

AND SAY I LOVE YOU OR ASK YOU OUT BUT HERES

THE CATCH Send to 3 vids

  • this stuff is better then a fuel cell. and i was wondering... can it run on urine? like can you piss in the fuel tank and will it run?

  • I agree, much better than fuel cells. I think urine would work: it has salt, which is an electrolyte (the water must contain electrolytes, or it won't work worth crap, but you could also use baking soda). The device that this car uses is called a water splitter, or hydrogen generator. I don't know why it's only know being considered for a production car, it's not new technology, and people have been using them in modified cars for at least 30 years.

  • gatoraide has electrolytes! =D

  • Yes, but some electrolytes work better than others. I'm not sure what works best. I've only used salt, and it corroded the electrodes really fast. The next time I try it, it'll be with baking soda.

  • Please modify your video Title:

This is an electric car. The generator is just a water powered 300 watt battery charger.

  • youre a moron. instead of putting in gas for it to run, you put in water.

you dont call a car that runs on gas an internal-combustion car, you call it a gas powered car. thus, this is a water powered car.

    now gtfo.

  • @calfellows59 You don't need to recharge the battery. All you need is water. So therefore it is a water powered electric car.

  • Great! Hopefully this technology wont fall into the arms of the military, rather than staying in the service of the civilian community.

  • @Tuttzan

Military? dont you mean oil companies?

  • great great great...

  • Yay! It is about time that this went public. You can also install converters in your present vehicles which allow a hydrogen/gasoline mix and increase your mileage significantly!
