  • What was that about Viet Nam?

That kit home was made in the USA, yes?

I live in Indonesia and am interested in this kind of building, I am having difficulty finding local talent to build something like that house. The USA is too far away and importation taxes are a fortune but if there was some one in 'Nam that could make that I could pay them to come over and do it. Thank you for any info.

  • that is a great and inspired video... I have just found about you through a video "Naturally Successfu" that I checked out from the library; I love it...Meanwhile I was wondering if using Bamboo in a place which is less humid like Mauritania, West Africa, (where I am from) could be successful?... Are there any other alternatives please!?

    Thank you very much.

  • Bamboo is grown in every continent all over the world - there are over 1000 species. As long as bamboo is grown locally (for sustainability reasons), and is cured either physically or chemically, I believe bamboo can be used anywhere, regardless of humidity. After bamboo is cured, how does one minimize humidity and water damage? Architectural design! Ancient Chinese designs were constructed for exactly that purpose - roofs were curved, and had wide overhanging eves, among other features.

  • Eye opening video.
