I can tell crysis 1 will be better than 2.Since crysis 2 is going to be a multiplatformer,they are probably going to downgrade the game.

I don't think the engine needs to be downgraded. I think it's a matter of reducing the resolution of the textures in the game. You have the option to change settings on PC, where as on a certain console all the hardware is the same so they just have all settings on a default for the console. I could be totally wrong on that though.

its still not confirmed for consoles, consoles might not get crysis but they probably will get the crytek 3 engine. they've just been doing demos and haven't decided yet

The 360 can't run Crysis. Crysis 2's been announced, (If I recall correctly,) and they said it'll be avaliable on the 360. Crysis has been out for nearly 3 years now so if it's not out on the 360 yet it's unlikely the game will be ported at this point.

bullshit... i had radeon 9800 and 1 gb of ram and i could run it without any lag. Now i got Radeon HD 3850 (512mb) and 2 gb or ram and i can run the game with all settings on high ^.^
