Wow this license was so easy to get all golds on each event only took me like 2 or 3 tries. These license tests on GT5 are so much easier than the old games. The Academy Version GT-R is well worth it though. I even did it with a controller, I dont know why people complain about these tests being hard.

@wildboys126 if u don't have a price limit, get the fanatec GT3 RS with clubsport pedals because u don't get that touchy brake or clutch that you would get on the DFGT or the G27 . if your price limit is under $200 get the fanatec carrera wheel.

@wildboys126 I'll answer these for you. He has a controller, he's getting a wheel as he said in his IB or IA license guide. The wheel IS easier, it took me a day to get used to it, but I catch on fast. I use the Driving Force GT, it's REALLY good, and it's only $150 USD, one of the cheaper wheels.

@wildboys126 I use a Logitech G25. Excellent wheel. The force feedback, clutch and H-pattern 6 speed shift makes for a good experience. Its also much easier and feels way more natural than a controller.

I agree there is no point in licence's other than to annoy the ever loving .001 of a second shit out of you. Get rid of them and the b-spec mode and the special mode and you'd have a good game. and get rid of restrictions, I don't want to use some shit 1979 or earlier jap crap I want to destroy with a bugatti or better. Good game but stalled out at a-spec level 20 don't feel like racing just to get credits to compete against race cars because the fastest car in the world can't keep up??

@lerroc at 31 years of age I'm hardly an ill-informed child, I honestly think the Veyron is an eye sore. Simulator hardly a simulator would be something the military or police force train with, that wouldn't allow any mistakes or you crash and perhaps die. I still use the ram them at 150+mph on the corner to overtake if needs be so simulator hardly. As a game which it is it has some real boring aspects, thanks. If you wanna spend hours to knock off thousandths of a second more power to you.

@bronze734 I can answer that. In the licence you were driving a premium car. Once you were not in the licence racing you were probably racing a standed car which does not have a cockpit view( First Person View) but the premium car in the licence test does have a cockpit view.

Can you say what car you were driving that did not have the cockpit view?

The cars have no realfeel on them, its like driving some plastic thing. Iracing/live for speed/GTR evo, (all on pc) are tons better:)
