I used to do a ton of covered calls/credit spreads back in the day, making a small fortune, but the premiums were higher than they are today, at least in the markets I was following. Good stuff none-the-less and it remains a great tactic compared to others. I miss the days of flipping IPO's. ;)

This is a great video with excellent content. Jeff is a master trader and an incredible teacher. His techniques generate profitable returns regardless of which way the market goes!

Depends...I trade based off violation of Support or Resistance. I usually make more when I'm wrong. The key for me is probabilities.
