THe thing is. The graphics is so good that if you have highest you will jsur un around for an hour just looking at all the stuff they put in the game. And as soon as you can spread your wings. All you want to do then is just fly around because it's so fun. the Story Line for Campaign Quests are the greatest ever. Siege is the funniest thing since WAR had their Keep Sieges. Try it out. It's not just some Korean MMO ;)

We was like a whole guild to ended wow subs and went to aion, just to test it out. it was by far the best mmo either of us have tried. Aion is really that good, alot of former guilds we played with in wow has also made it to aion, guess was is a has been afterall, and cant wait for Aion Vision trailer either :)

Awsome Game! Try it out. it has all features it needs. Amazing Effects! Amazing Gameplay and ofc the graphics is one of a kind. PvP is also something that puts Aion on the map beside evertthing else. Air Pvp, pumps you up. And Quests with Cutscenes aint bad either, it puts you right in the game. 10/10

i am not impressed if i have to be honest, and i think this game is not more than updated version of lineage 2 and WoW just put in one. nothing really new, except some cosmetic changes,,, but not really a new game. Same story ,,,, kill mobs, mobs mobs mobs level up , craft some sh1t (if you are lucky raid boss drop) go pvp, and the guy with better gear always win. After Lineage 2 i will never play NCSOFT game again, Admins have their own bots and tahts how they keep the iconomy of the servers..

I agree, it does look good. I'm going to try it out myself as WoW has gotten boring for PvE waiting for the next major content patch.

But I have learned from other MMOs that looks and gimmicks aren't what make a game good. If Aion's game engine runs well and looks good with lots of players, if it's in-game economy is functional, and if the gameplay doesn't become overly repetitive then I might stick with it.

But after Warhammer Online I'm not going to judge until I've played it for a while.

You can make other races as much as you want, but only one race per server. Like if you make one Elyos on a server, you can make more Elyos on that same server but if you want to make an Asmodian, youll have to pick a different server to play in.

@sqelletor any team can get high rating you just need to know how to utilize your abilities and get to know the composition of your team. Back when wrath first released and a few people were 80's and such on my server and they released season 5 my friends made a Holy Pally Survival Hunter combo. Back then it wasn't as good as it is now but they still got up to Rival. This last season they made duelist. And now they do Holy pally Hunter DK and are probably getting duelist again.

I play a feral druid buddy lol. I think I know what it's like to get the short end of the stick. There's nothing overpowered about feral in the arena I assure you, but they've nerfed DKs all to hell. Locks stil suck in arena badly. Paladin is about the only class I have a mild complaint against.

The Beta is already over which has only been a month. Enough to say to me it's probably being released unfinished like AoC was.

WoW has tuns of polish people take for granted til they play games like this for a while and realise they're paying monthly for a new beta.

You do realize that the game has been out in Korea for 1 year now right? The US/EU Beta that lasted 1 month was specifically to make sure the servers work and the Westernization (Voiceovers and translations to english) was properly done. The patches and versions are concurent with whats in Korea.

I like WoW, but it's the only MMO I played, it was the game that got me into MMO's in the first place. So I kinda do compare games to WoW just cause Blizz has a good template for a successful MMO, so it's only natural for some companies to borrow ideas here and there, sometimes they tweak stuff too, WAR was a decent game but it lacked the PVE that I liked, I like PVP mostly, but the occasional dungeon is fun. I'm gonna try Aion as well and do the same thing, if I like Aion better, I'll switch.

Just FYI I played Aion and it has it's ups and it's downs. The combat is fun, graphics are nice, the flying is cool, but a few things bug me. The constant gold spamming makes it impossible to get groups unless you're at the location. I tried to get all my Krall quests done but all the groups I found were when I went to the area to find if there was a group there or not. The fact you were forced to gather as you quested also kinda annoyed me. It's an ok game but I'm back to WoW lol.
