ICS 4.0.3 KP8 install on Samsung Galaxy SII GS2

i flashed it also to my device - so i have blackscreens at starting gallery eg..

sometimes it hangs at some point and i have to reboot it - sometimes nothing but the homescreen without any widget or function .. its a fail FW

Yeah folks, this is an Alpha - so no good YET. Works, but some functions are not like video playback.

@davielee0 All youtube videos work fine, from the app and most online flash player videos are fine.
