  • Hi Kat and Gail..Love your videos and website. In my view - the BEST! You all are so knowledgeable..its so good to hear an expert talk. I am in the market looking for a mid-range superautomatic. This video though very informative is more than 2 years old ..with many more newer models in the market..is it possible to do another comparison video of mid-range fully automatics and your favorites or best among those. Thank you! I really really appreciate the work you guys do. Thanks again.

  • @VeggiePalette Please check out our Selecting a Machine video series (hosted on the front of our channel) and that will give you updated info on different models by class and budget. - Kat

  • These machines are beautiful, but I find them to be totally over-engineered. I have a Delonghi Magnifica which is not nearly as fancy as these, but it's a total reliable workhorse. I've had it for almost 2 years without any problems at all. No digital gimmickery, just the necessary dials. I do have to steam my own milk, but if you want real microfoam there's no other way. It was also much cheaper.

  • @golyadkin100 Tough to get microfoam on any superauto, great to hear you're having good success with your DeLonghi! :) - Kat

  • I love your videos :D

  • @ibjames Thank you!! :) - Kat

  • Videos at whole latte love are terrible.... thank god for SCG..

  • @MrTokyoUbaYokai Ha - thank you!! Hope you are finding our videos helpful :) Let me know if you have any questions. - Kat

  • Would you mind reviewing the Gaggia Swing please ?

  • You can see our review of the Swing in the Gaggia Platinum Series video (I can't post URLs in comments, but if you search for that in our videos, you'll find it). - Kat

  • Found it thanks. Expected better comments on the quality of the coffee from a gaggia machine, but it helped. Thanks.

  • It is going to be the same coffee you get from the Saeco Talea series -- exact same brew group technology/internals, different cases. - Kat

  • I had a Jura F7. I had to return it. You can only get the worst coffee ever, I used black cat beans and it was a waste. I read many reviews of the jura and all of them say it's a great machine. Trust me, it's not. I took back my old Silvia and she rocks. Anyway, thanks for the video, although I would like to see how they pour shots on a transparent shot glass.

  • You intend probably to buy being able to inquire about the explanation of the thing it is satisfactory

    買おうと思ってた物の説明を聞けて満足です。

  • can you make a vidoe of the jura f7 or f8 or f9?

  • Sure! I will put it on our to-do list. - Kat

  • I absolutely love your store! I wish we had something like that in sweden :P if i ever go to seattle i'll definitely go to your store and bring you some swedish coffee if you like :)

  • Please do! We have a few fans from Sweden and I'm trying to convince Gail it merits a tour ;) - Kat

  • Another fan from Sweden here :) And I agree that I do like your store, haven´t seen a store like that in Sweden to date :)

  • Maybe you need to open up a satellite SCG? :) :) - Kat
