Yep. I live in housing for the elderly and disabled, and we have a computer center. Many of us have out own computers. though. When my network goes down I often "borrow" a connection via a neighbor's wireless router. I'll bet McCain not only wouldn't secure a wireless router (a common mistake), he wouldn't know what one is.
