This man is speaking the truth... Not me nor my kids bodies can really handle milk that well. All three of us from birth have had to drink special Milk. Due to a milk non tolerance in our bodies. So both my child I breastfeed; unfortunately, i could not breastfeed my son as long because of my Seizure disorder had gotten worse. My daughter still can not stand milk.
Raw milk from Grass-fed cows that are A2 cows is good for you. There are 2 main genetic variations of cows ones that are primarily A2 and than ones that have more A1. Casein content is higher in A1 dominant cows. Organic USDA grass-fed cows don't get HGH or anti-biotics. The problem is milk you buy in the US in grocery stores is the kind that isn't great for you.
Humans use mother cows as water enhancing machines. Put water in, out comes water enhanced with saturated fat, cholesterol, bacteria, puss, and sometimes growth hormones and antibiotics. Then they put it inside of a container and put it on store shelves. Then they put commercials on the television every hour that say "Got Milk?"
*This has been a Truth moment brought to you by Hemp.*
notice! he is talking about produktion cows! wonder if its the same witha natural cow... i actually think that colostrum is quite usefull 4 the body??!! i will come back when i have tryed this out 4 a couple of weeks... i think that mayby the raw milk from natural cows where so good 4 our mental and fysical health that the"illuminati" annunaki" or....? had a good time poisoning all our cows!!!!! god freakin damn!!! :( :(......... but they are on there way down now:) councesnes will winat last:)
But not only do they inject things in cows, they mistreat them and torture them. Everyday they go through suffering, and I will not spend a dime on these murderous industries - Screw the Dairy Industry or the Meat Industry, they don't care about giving the animals a quick, painless death, they just want to torture it, spill blood in their eyes. Also, avoid fluoride water. Use distilled water, you will be in much better health! I am :)
Milk is naturally more browner - No joke! They actually modify it so much that it becomes that whitey substance that is so well known on TV because ohhh if it's on TV, then it must be true! I don't watch TV anymore. I'm a vegetarian now.
@pangusgeorge lol you think. Drink a glass of raw milk, and have some pet milk. You will taste a world of difference. They banned raw milk though, just like marijuana.
@Thejeter5770 Raw milk has pathogens like Yersinia enterocolitica, Salmonella typhi, paratyphi, typhimurium, Listeria monocytogenes and others that you dont wanna drink, they can send you right to the hospital.. Milk happens to be my scientific area of study and I can assure you that this video is all about bullshit.
@AlexDeLarge90 You really need to ask? Water works. Sure, some Soda, Coffee, Tea, Fruit Juices. etc. Use your imagination. I agree. Milk is toxic for human consumption. It may not have always been that way, but humans have made this the case.
Hmm, I don't know, what do you suppose people drank for thousands of years until the corporations came along? Most people these days don't know what this is or that they should drink it but it's called water. People could drink water! What an amazing concept. But more importantly is mineral water like when it comes out of the ground. You need the minerals or electrolytes to absorb the water.
The milk from cows that have been and being abused by humans has pus and other crap in it. I never did drink milk so I feel better without. People please stop drinking cow's milk and stop eating all dairy.
They leave the short haired female milk givers out all winter in barns w/o walls even. They are humane to the boy cows- they all have thick woolen coats(angus beef)- That is a perfect image of how society treats women- vs men. We women need to stand up for our women cows! They deserve to have straw bedding and to be let out of their stalls/jail cells- they can't even turn around in once a month at least! Fuck those farmers treating the women cows in such a way! (I live in Wisconsin).
Well what the hell!? Water has fluoride and lithium in it and sodium phosphates. Cereal has tons of added shit to it. What else carcinogens from meats, what the fuck are we suppose to eat, when our only source is the food markets that are corporate owned, not only that organic grown stuff has pesticides so it's GMO trash posing as Organic. Plus true organic farms with no gmos are getting shut down and raided. WHAT IS LEFT THAN!?
@DroidEOD start your own country give people rights to own buisness let them herd cows let them do what they please society is crap with total free will with linear laws that dont prorect animals...
For fuck sake, is anything healthy anymore. I hear constantly about aspertame and bad meat now milk, i've been drinking milk my entire life and its been poison. I doubt it.
well, not all milk is the same. my parents almost consume a gallon a day (2 when we were going up), and they are in their 70's and healthy as an ox... it's all the crap that it's in the entire food supply. not just milk, and yes, there are hormones in milk that doesn't need to be there. it needs to stop..check out how fast the kids mature, and you know i'm right.....but it's not just milk
@shredsification sometimes when one is not in possession of an enlightened view, its best to keep quiet and feel stupid, rather than speak and let everyone else know it !
@damos300 Really? If this fat lard of piece of shit man is so intelligent about the nutritional value of process food, then why is he not showing the nutritional value? Damos it is unintelligent people like you who have no business on this board. This lard ass that you see giving the interview is wasting all of our time. Would you see a doctor who smoked? or a chiropractor with a crooked spine? No you waste of space. Open your eyes or shut your man trap.
@shredsification read my earlier comment, let it roll around your hateful skull, it could help you realise where you are going wrong with your life. Are your shelves full of the prettiest looking books? ( do you read at all? ) Are you one of those who vote for the most handsome of politicians? Do you drive a cool car but can't be bothered to learn basic mechanics, Do you buy clothes to freely advertise the companies that produce them and proclaim your 'wisdom' of choice to others?...I thought so
@damos300 Your a sad individual. What are you talking about? I have no time to post to you anymore. I posted a week ago. Get a life and move on. If your the lard ass in this video, then I feel sorry for you. Other then that you should focus on your life and yourself instead of defending lard asses. Have a good day and for your information, I drive a nice car, I am working on my Masters, and I believe that people need to practice what they preach. Fat people should not educate on nutrition.
@shredsification Yes i will have a good day, you will attract what you put out in this life and what goes around comes around. I sincerely hope the life you get via study and the people you interact with enable you to see through to what is vital, which in this case is the content . There are elements within society designed to blind us from the underlying causality. By championing such a dismissive and facile view you blind yourself. Reserve judgement and tolerate the shortcomings of others...
This is simply a collusion between the corporations who want to increase profits, elites who want less humans to control easily and medical industry to get more "patients". Please awaken yourself, you are a divine being. This keeping you in your animal state.
@DeadFishFactory I don't know why you drink milk but if you understand civilization and how the hierarchies work, that would't be a far fetched derivation. You ever looked at the working conditions of the Industrial age? I suggest two books, Tragedy and Hope and 1984. Enjoy :D.
They actually force you to not drink raw milk. Our water has fluoride. Our "foods" have metals and imbalanced contents in them. And people wonder why they get sick and even accept it as a natural thing. Humans would'nt be around for this long if were this weak. We are being poisoned. Become a vegan, it's hard but in a week you will like a god. In a year, you will get psychic powers.
@gamahamoud nut milks are a good alternative. i like to blend up young thai coconut water with the meat to make coconut milk as a milk replacement. maybe try making green smoothies for breakfast instead of eating cereal all the time. you'll feel full longer and get a good dose of fruit and vegetables first thing in the morning.
and we get the same garbage by eating the meat too. Other than 'growing your own', get free range, grain fed, antibiotic-free, growth hormone-free meat and raw milk if you can.
my brother is 48 and drinks a gallon of milk in 3 days, use to drink more, but now he can't remember anything like an old person with Alzheimer's...I have to buy this book for him...thanks for this info....by the way Alzheimer does not run in my family,we are long living Irish family,my great grand mom was playing baseball with us when she was 94 years old, telling her stories when she was young..we all have good memories, except the milk drinker of the family.
Most of the objections in this video apply to pasteurised milk. Raw milk from certified organic grass fed cows is healthier. 1. Contains Lactobacillus which digests lactase, so lactose intolerant can drink it. 2. Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D in bioavailable form 3. Phosphotase - Improves calcium absorption 4. Pro-biotic bacteria 5. No growth hormone 6. Fat is HDL (good) Cholesterol 7. Treats some allergies eczema, asthma ... Caveats: 1. Illegal in some states 2. Must be certified raw milk dairy
its all quite simple... human breast milk is for humans and cows milk is for cows.
i dont know how they managed to brainwash an entire population into thinking cows milk is better for there new born babies than their own milk from a mothers breast.
@xOwneDTBHx Compare adults that were raised on dairy and those who werent, all the evidence presented in this video in inconclusive, sure northern Europe consumes the most milk and his the highest rates of osteoperosis but correlation is not causation... and we werent brainwashed into thinking cows milk is good for us, humans have been drinking animal milk for thousands of years.
@delxart am not talking about milk in general am talking about human breast milk vs baby formula (cows milk)
over 90% of mothers in the western world feed their babies with cows milk when they could use their own for free and is much much better for a developing baby. when back in the early 1900s there was marketing campaigns and propaganda to "brainwash" mothers into thinking baby formula was better than human breast milk. and that trend has carried on to this day.
@xOwneDTBHx That is the sick world we live in, where people don't trust nature anymore and trust science even more although it is NOT 100% on anything when it comes to science hence the reason to test etc.
@xOwneDTBHx They managed that by making us cattle, they brand us, herd us, entrain us, work us for their benefit and then bin us when were past good and start to rear the next generation.
The radiation level is deadly in milk (enenews) it is a poison to start with and Americans are phuqing fools all crap in stores is poison / wake up or die young !
@wildwomenneverdie we try to stay away from soy unless it's fermented soy like tempeh, miso and nato. We do almond milk and rice milk.
Non-fermented soy is GMO. Even organic grown soy is loaded with tripsin inhibitors. Tripsin is necessary for digestion. It has goitrogin in it causes thyroid impairment as well. It has fitic acid which is a fibre that can inpair ability to absorb minerals and this is dangerous for some. Not to mention the phytoestrogens in it.
...According to this logic, we also shouldn't eat any seeds and grains, because they are meant to be plant children!!!... Do not eat plant children!... We can survive only on water and air!... ;)
I'm lactose intolerant since I was born. Cow milk makes me sick. I eat goat cheese and drink soja milk, I have no other choice. But otherwise I'm healthy and my doctor told me that milk is good only for babies. Adults do not need any cow milk...
This guy must drink too much coffee. Never believe these chicken littles. Have you ever seen a healthy vegan? Food nazis are on the march. Do your own research. Think for yourself. The number one factor determining your level of health is your mental state. I have consumed milk for 60 years and I am healthier than this overstuffed windbag. Milk your own cow. Grow your own food. Hunt your own meat. Get away from the schools and clinical studies and into reality. Live free and be happy.
@sqweezel ive seen tons of healthy vegans actually!! im not one of them but most of my family has been vegan their whole life and they have a great state of mind, in awesome shape, energy like no tomorrow and they are all disease free. including my grandpa who has been a raw vegan for 35 years hell be turnng 84 next month and he still does mechanic work in his garage. so i would consider vegans to be pretty healthy and wholesome
Milks alkaline level makes it acidic, your body uses calcium, stored in your bones, to neutralize it. Have you ever taken a calcium tablet to ease your stomach?
@watumad4 mother to offspring within it own species, yes. the only purpose of milk from mammals to its offspring is to pass antibodies & fat reserves to the infant. there is NO other reason anyone should drink milk, especially from another animal.
Why is this clip from 1998? Because they've been proven wrong many times since then.
Also, hormones occur naturally in all milk and meat that comes from animals, animals have hormones, big surprise.
Also if any of this were true I'd have been dead a long time ago. I drink about 1 liter of milk a day, and I'm as healthy as can be. Vegan propaganda at it's best.
@battlefield1942bob A well thought, thoroughly researched and scientifically supported retort. Kudos. That's just what I'd expect from someone around here...
@ikemkrueger Unfortunately it's also so easy to scare people. It's a shame big words and fancy suits on TV are believed by more people than facts and science.
Rewind 100 years and cows WERE part of one's family . They got hey and gave milk , got love and shelter and gave their strength to work the fields . Perfect harmony !
Was that wrong too ?
I don't think anyone looked at that and saw abuse back then , so what changed ?
@panadevulpe 100 years ago there weren't money hungry corporations. Just Ma and Pa and their pet cow. Harmony is lacking in every facet of our society now. Sad really.
Reading all your posts here it seems hard to make a difference between cows and people . Should cows be treated like one of us ? Should we marry them and invite them in our houses ? Should we stop breeding them if we won't eat burgers or yogurt anymore ? FF100 years , what do cows do ?
Milk is a perfect natural food. The argument that milk is dangerous is made by the food supplement companies. They want to make you buy their calcium pills instead of a bottle of milk.
If you drink milk besides a natural diet (vegetables fruits etc) you 'll never need supplements. You ll be healthy.
Canada's milk is all 100% cows milk with lots of calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin B12, with no artificial growth hormones. and you're saying some milk is poisonous, that is true in some countries because milk wasn't pasteurized and filtered right, but i know how milk is pasteurized and filtered properly where i'm from, because i use to live on a farm a few years ago
Its a load of shit milk is high in calcium and good for you, ingnore these idiots who make these vids if you listen to them soon, you will have no other food option than boiled rice,
Apparently fruit is also bad for you nowadays and also is fish, as it contains toxic levels of mercury, people have eaten these food sources for 1000s of years, and beisdes what would i put in my tea :(
I can't drink cows milk, it makes me sick all the lovely things intolerance does when you eat somethin that is messed up. We find Goats milk from local small farmers who milk by hand. I have no problems with goat milk from them.
@Destroyer470 That doesn't make any sense. Milk provides calcium; mother nature does not typically put things together that cancel each other out. That's why natural foods are better for the body than processed foods, or artificially-produce vitamins. Nature knows what to put together.
@IloveyouLenaKatina Milk has a little bit of calcium, protein, pathogens, puss and blood. You quote "mother nature is never wrong" tell me, when have you EVER seen a human being sat under a cow sucking on it's tits? Mother Nature intended cows milk to be for cows, not humans.
@redmistpete coconut milk has WAY more calcium then cows milk anyway. GO VEGAN!
i agree cows milk is for baby cows. we needed human milk when we were small. guess what? we aint small anymore. its time to grow up. cows are not our mothers.
@redmistpete Blood from healthy cows does not have 'puss and blood'. Where are you getting your information? Milk from commercially farmed animals fed corn and soy have a lot of problems for sure. But nature didn't intend these animals to eat those foods. Grass fed cows produce great milk. Weston A Price documented peoples around the world thriving on eating raw and fermented dairy products, from Africa to Europe. Everyone should read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price.
@AuntieTruth It gets blood and puss from the sores that the machines make inside the udders. It IS a scientific fact - it's called somatic cell count - look it up after you've finished you Weston Price novel.
@redmistpete Somatic cells exist naturally in milk (including human milk) and is a general indication of the health of a cow. Cows that are rGBH treated are likely to have more problems with udder infections and this is tested for. It's also why I won't drink commercial milk. It's commercial farming practices not raw milk from healthy cows that eat grass. Weston A Price showed that people drinking raw and fermented dairy were exceptionally healthy from Europe to Africa.
@AuntieTruth It has nothing to do with what they eat - the sores are made by the milking of the cow. It's not natural to take milk from a cow - the cow, like a human only produces milk for it's offspring. They create an artificial environment (grass-fed or not) ot perpetually milk the cow. This process is unnatural and incurs a high somatic cell count - the FDA allows 1million puss and blood cells per millilitre of milk.

@bedtime420 Well people live off lots of things that aren't great for you. That doesn't mean you thrive off them, but rather in spite of them. Many thin people still fall ill to heart disease, and other illnesses. That and we have proven that milk weaken your bones. Animal protein makes your blood acidic, so you urinate the calcium in your bones. These aren't scare tactics, rather challenges on tradition. What would he gain from combating the dairy industry? Nothing really.
@lilwave123 Just out of curiosity, can you provide any references to these claims? Specifically that milk weakens bones and animal protein makes your blood acidic? And how that leads to urinating calcium? I'd love to see the scientific team that found those facts.
@TheNdoki I first heard of that on "The Best Speech You'll Ever Hear". Google and you'll find "fact that certain foods make your blood acid or alkaline. All animal protein and fats make the blood alkaline." - "Protein from animal sources have more sulfur-containing amino acids...When you eat meat and other forms of animal protein, your blood becomes more acidic. In order to neutralize the acid in the blood, your body draws calcium from your bones... (con)
@TheNdoki The sulfur also has an effect on the kidneys that causes more calcium to be lost in the urine." The problem with giving people sources is I feel they'll assume I'm biased. So I think its better that you do your own research. This is one of those things that has a lot behind it so finding multiple sources wont be hard.
@lilwave123 Actually a quick search already yielded two sources. The first says "The claim that animal protein intake causes calcium loss from the bones is another popular nutritional myth that has no backing in nutritional science. The studies that supposedly showed protein to cause calcium loss in the urine were NOT done with real, whole foods, but with isolated amino acids and fractionated protein powders" and that's just part of it. (con)
@lilwave123 (part2) I also found that everywhere that claims meat pulls calcium from your body seems to reference a study done in in the early 70's. I also found that in 78, '86, '88' and all the way up to 2000 studies have been done that disprove said findings. Also, the American Journal of Nutrition gave people 1lb of red meat every day for 4 months and found urinary calcium levels did not change. References (continued)
@bedtime420 India is where you get leather, so I could imagine they do drink milk. Vegetation gives food when its full grown, and meat is a one time deal so milk in a poor country must be like gold. This is an excuse of course, not a justification since leather and dairy cows suffer a lot before being slaughtered at 5 years old (cows can live to 20). And yes, our intestines are long, so meat rots in our bowels giving off free radicals. The American Heart Association advices that you cut down.
@bedtime420 I think that your comments are being removed, for whatever reason, I can't see them. I see the last one though, and yes I am vegan. Ehh... at the end of the day I am sure that 1: milk = phlegm 2: milk contains all that the cows consume (just like human mothers are advices not to take any meds, because it ends up in the milk) and 3: from all the torture that the cow goes through there is an eye dropper worth of pus per cup of milk. That CAN'T be healthy. Moreover, it is unnecessary.
@lilwave123 Strange ive never had them remove comments before.. And hmm Pus in a glass of milk... Milk goes through extensive pasteurization dont you think if the puss wasnt out, it would clump at the bottom, smell, and taste like ass lol. Cause pus stinks and is thick. Torture, thats a little cleshay for a veggan to say lol. K so you have gave me some interesting info from a veggan like yourself. I am curious though, doesnt only eating only "veggies and fruits" make you feel like ur starving?
@bedtime420 If you're doing it right (eating more than salads and chips) than you'll feel more energetic, and leveled. Pasteurization is not a removal process - clean pus is still pus. I couldn't imagine that anyone would call what cows go through anything but torture. Really, all animals want is food, water, freedom of motion and companionship. We don't allow any animal on factory farms to enjoy any of that. From "rape racks" to having their baby torn from them - its all perfect Hell.
@lilwave123Yeah i do agree that its horrible what they do in most animal farm. I have watched the movie/ documentary called Food inc. But taking a calf away idk who knows if they feel sad? they are cows , maybe dont have emotions like we have when it comes to babies. And freedom of motion food and water... I live in Maine, countryside so all i ever see is oakhurst farms with cows roaming free in the pastures, and eating green grass. sometimes laying down and soaking up the sun. Does that count?
@bedtime420 I would say it can. The thing is, yea, as you said; a lot of people don't even think they feel. Which is ridiculous to me. Their ass works for shitting, but their brains don't work for thinking? Like, the mother screams for her baby well into the night and the next; the ways humans show emotional distress is the same as other mammals. Pigs do the same things as humans when they loose their mind in their cages (they're very intelligent, more so than dogs). Studies have shown (con)
@bedtime420 that cows have "eureka" moments; when they solves a problem they jump, endorphins shoot, and their adrenalin pumps. Chickens have conscious abilities that not even dogs have. Animals in general have abilities we couldn't even dream of. My point is: people don't see animals as people. The philosophical definition of people are conscious beings - animals give us no clue that they aren't conscious.
@bedtime420 There are people who trivialize everything they do as instinct, and in that case you could say a lot of things that humans do are JUST instinct driven. Science cannot measure consciousness, BUT we have been able to decode their language to a degree. Cow's are amazing creatures. Either way, we know they can feel physical pain, and that alone should be enough incentive for us to help them avoid it. Mental ability shouldn't be the determining factor - think of disabled humans.
@bedtime420 Oh geez, I'm sorry I got caught up haha... I've seen footage of ma and pa farms where the son was beating up a calf in frustration. That mentality - that animals are none feeling property - allows people to do whatever they want. Unhindered, cruelty and neglect is very common - there are NO LAWS protecting them. That's my point :)
@lilwave123 Ya, they suposidly passed some law back in the day saying that animals can be patented like an item, and not a living animal. Pet animals like dogs have laws to protect them thank god, but still people beat them and get away with it cause dogs cant tell anyone :( ... but im aware they have puppy mills which is pretty depressing place. So anyways the horrors of live stock factories. Hard to imagine people will stop eating meatalltogether, but do u thinkTheTorturing WillStopSomeday?
@bedtime420 I think that at one point, racism was so bad that no one really saw a way out. Everybody thought about their family, than their religious groups, than the nation. African Americans was right next to us in war, yet the racism that this nation has seen is beyond apology. Even blacks were for segregation - no one thought we could live in harmony. But now a days, you ask anyone and they're going to tell you how much hope they have for the future. It's all a matter of time...
@bedtime420 I know to some people I might sound crazy lol but I'm sure many abolitionists looked crazy. Not too long ago being an animal activist was crazy (IDK how Abraham Lincoln, and Leonardo da Vinci were vegetarians and still taken seriously) but now a days most everyone is against fur / leather / wool. Back then they would have said the same thing to them "but they don't feel - our ancestors did it". We can see a pattern of shifting consciousness throughout history. I believe I will (con)
@bedtime420 be able to see serious change in my lifetime. Beyond my lifetime? I think yes, the killing will completely stop. We're always advancing as humans, expanding our circle of compassion, and advancing technology. If we can think about ourselves and care for our fellow jews / plumbers / yankees fans / italians, its not too crazy to care about non human animals, and the earth as our common community.
@lilwave123 Hey i thought of a good question.... If some day there is no more animal factories. What do we feed our pets? Dogs and cats have to have meat, no way around it. And Seems as long as man is around, man will have his best friend. So what would happen for dog and cat food supply????
@bedtime420 Its kind of cruel what we do to dogs and cats. We force them to eat this unnaturally dry (their prey would be 70-75% liquid in the wild) and SUPER chemicaled up food (there is a chemical in Milk Bones that has been shown to cause brain tumors in humans. Not to mention all the growth hormones and what not we give factory farm animals). Most of us feed our pets mostly grain (read the bag) which is really not good for a carnivore - we chain them up, and exploit them for entertainment.
@bedtime420 PART 2 Lots of furs are dogs and cats, shipped over and labeled otherwise. We over breed them, which causes medical problems within the species (like respiratory problems in pugs). And of course, the over population problem - your dog has 72 hours to be adopted or put down in the cheapest most painful way (again, because they're useless to us at that point - just a burden). We can make friends with all animals - but let them live in the wild. I realize that's the FAR future haha
@bedtime420 PART 1: Its pretty misfortune the situation we've put pet animals in. People don't see it as a life long dedication to a companion. The average life of a dog or cat is 12 years, and they give us many invaluable things - yet if we switch residencies we don't take them into consideration. Over population (your dog has a max of 72 hours to get adopted or put down in the most painful, cheapest way), fur (its shipped over here, and has a nice label like "minx"),
@bedtime420 PART 2: they're forced to work (like in entertainment), we over breed them causing problems within species (like respiratory problems in pugs). We feed them unnatural diets; in the wild both cats and dogs would eat prey that is at least 70-75% water. Also, read the label; most of what we give them is grain which is really unhealthy for obligated carnivores especially (cats). The meat that we do give them is lower than grade F, which is shocking given the fact that the FDA certifies
@bedtime420 PART 3: certifies animals with cancerous wounds, and doesn't test for super bugs (like mad cow disease). There's a chemical in Milk Bones that was found to grow tumors in the brains of humans. Ohhh don't forget animal testing, dog/cock fighting, animal abuse and neglect (neglect happens all the time because again, pet parenting isn't taken serious. Dogs are pack animals, they NEED companionship, they shouldn't ever be chained up).
@lilwave123 What about the people who treat them like pure family, only ever buy from private owners (not pet stores) never chain them up, and feed them an all natural organic diet like me? (expensive food) But i know you are right (sadly) a lot of people just buy hunting dogs chain them up and only ever take them off it to go bird hunting or bear tracking. (where i live anyways). Are dog owners like myself still considered cruel in your opinion? just curious.

I am :)

@xOwneDTBHx Compare adults that were raised on dairy and those who werent, all the evidence presented in this video in inconclusive, sure northern Europe consumes the most milk and his the highest rates of osteoperosis but correlation is not causation... and we werent brainwashed into thinking cows milk is good for us, humans have been drinking animal milk for thousands of years.
delxart 3 months ago
@delxart am not talking about milk in general am talking about human breast milk vs baby formula (cows milk)
over 90% of mothers in the western world feed their babies with cows milk when they could use their own for free and is much much better for a developing baby. when back in the early 1900s there was marketing campaigns and propaganda to "brainwash" mothers into thinking baby formula was better than human breast milk. and that trend has carried on to this day.

Not to mention the phytoestrogens in it.

typeomeywisted13 4 months ago
@Destroyer470 That doesn't make any sense. Milk provides calcium; mother nature does not typically put things together that cancel each other out. That's why natural foods are better for the body than processed foods, or artificially-produce vitamins. Nature knows what to put together.
IloveyouLenaKatina 4 months ago
@IloveyouLenaKatina Milk has a little bit of calcium, protein, pathogens, puss and blood. You quote "mother nature is never wrong" tell me, when have you EVER seen a human being sat under a cow sucking on it's tits? Mother Nature intended cows milk to be for cows, not humans.
redmistpete 3 months ago 31

i agree cows milk is for baby cows. we needed human milk when we were small. guess what? we aint small anymore. its time to grow up. cows are not our mothers.
nerdymom2 2 months ago
@redmistpete Blood from healthy cows does not have 'puss and blood'. Where are you getting your information? Milk from commercially farmed animals fed corn and soy have a lot of problems for sure. But nature didn't intend these animals to eat those foods. Grass fed cows produce great milk. Weston A Price documented peoples around the world thriving on eating raw and fermented dairy products, from Africa to Europe. Everyone should read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price.
AuntieTruth 1 month ago
@AuntieTruth It gets blood and puss from the sores that the machines make inside the udders. It IS a scientific fact - it's called somatic cell count - look it up after you've finished you Weston Price novel.
redmistpete 1 month ago
@redmistpete Somatic cells exist naturally in milk (including human milk) and is a general indication of the health of a cow. Cows that are rGBH treated are likely to have more problems with udder infections and this is tested for. It's also why I won't drink commercial milk. It's commercial farming practices not raw milk from healthy cows that eat grass. Weston A Price showed that people drinking raw and fermented dairy were exceptionally healthy from Europe to Africa.
AuntieTruth 1 month ago

TheNdoki 4 months ago
@TheNdoki I first heard of that on "The Best Speech You'll Ever Hear". Google and you'll find "fact that certain foods make your blood acid or alkaline. All animal protein and fats make the blood alkaline." - "Protein from animal sources have more sulfur-containing amino acids...When you eat meat and other forms of animal protein, your blood becomes more acidic. In order to neutralize the acid in the blood, your body draws calcium from your bones... (con)
lilwave123 4 months ago
@TheNdoki The sulfur also has an effect on the kidneys that causes more calcium to be lost in the urine." The problem with giving people sources is I feel they'll assume I'm biased. So I think its better that you do your own research. This is one of those things that has a lot behind it so finding multiple sources wont be hard.
lilwave123 4 months ago
@lilwave123 Actually a quick search already yielded two sources. The first says "The claim that animal protein intake causes calcium loss from the bones is another popular nutritional myth that has no backing in nutritional science. The studies that supposedly showed protein to cause calcium loss in the urine were NOT done with real, whole foods, but with isolated amino acids and fractionated protein powders" and that's just part of it. (con)
TheNdoki 4 months ago

Moreover, it is unnecessary.
lilwave123 4 months ago
@lilwave123 Strange ive never had them remove comments before.. And hmm Pus in a glass of milk... Milk goes through extensive pasteurization dont you think if the puss wasnt out, it would clump at the bottom, smell, and taste like ass lol. Cause pus stinks and is thick. Torture, thats a little cleshay for a veggan to say lol. K so you have gave me some interesting info from a veggan like yourself. I am curious though, doesnt only eating only "veggies and fruits" make you feel like ur starving?
bedtime420 4 months ago
@bedtime420 If you're doing it right (eating more than salads and chips) than you'll feel more energetic, and leveled. Pasteurization is not a removal process - clean pus is still pus. I couldn't imagine that anyone would call what cows go through anything but torture. Really, all animals want is food, water, freedom of motion and companionship. We don't allow any animal on factory farms to enjoy any of that. From "rape racks" to having their baby torn from them - its all perfect Hell.
lilwave123 4 months ago

@bedtime420 If they have to, they have to. But we do not have to.
