Arrggghhhh!!You just touched on a huge bugbear of mine! I get accused of 70's speak when I mention free Education and Health! Those things should be free,they are not privileges,in my opinion,but rights!

Especially for nurses and teachers. I thing they should at least break up the Universities again and de-amalgamate them bringing back the Colleges of Advanced Education. These were for fields like teaching and nursing and in the earlier days, teachers signed contracts in training for free training and guaranteed jobs if they work ANYWHERE including the outback. It was a good deal. We had plenty on teachers and nurses then. +^+^+

Lol I remember those sign up Fletcher..One of my girlfriends actually went and got married to break the contract....they were almost iron clad! I might say she wanted to anyway,that was 30 years ago and the marriage is still going strong! :)
