@kubanoism Try right clicking in any blank gray area, there should be an unchecked "Command Panel" box. Check it and should show up!

good question . my friend has got the same problem but mine works fine. its either a lag or a setting gone wild. try to reinstall it or search on the web for some settingproblemsolving vid :P
