Make sure you do a full analysis of the play. Remember that you're talking to Silvius. And I'm not sure about this accent, as lovely as it is, it just doesn't suit the character here. If you really want to use this accent for something, I would find a monologue from a character that would call for something like it. I think it's also important to remember that Phebe has not yet fully realized that she's feeling something like love for "Ganymede". Think more outraged at being teased.
Next time I'd find a different place to film. Playboy bunny on the wall? Distracting, and not exactly classy. Also, I didn't see your portrayal as classy...it was too lusty. Try toning down the lust; be more smitten than lusty, and be sure to clearly show the difference between what she's saying to herself (what she loves about him) and what she uses to cover it up to Silvius. I think playing up the "hard to get" aspect will make Pheobe appear to be more classy. Hope this helps. :)
