Oh, and contemplate the way your left hand is to be free by hooking your thumb around that neck, around the neck like Hendrix did, that's the point of the song, to give credit to.... Do a search for "Hendrix Grip" and also a search for E Major scale.... They would help you capture what's underneath the song you're loving and playing. Keep working on it dude.... It sound good for a guy who's only been playing for so long.... Then again, maybe you've been playing for years, how long u been playin?

Anyway, it's funny that this video has so many hits. I only posted it to show my brothers. I only had the electric for a month or so and I sold it...

Tone? it sucks... Sounds like McCready's trying to chop up something... Good effort but then again youtube put you at the top of a result along side a real cover of this song.... Nothing against your playing, I've been there and done that, just keep listening and practicing

hi can someone tell me how that last harmonic is done on the 5th fret. iv seen it done many times and the tone is always higher than when you do the same technique on 12th fret. how is it done?
