Thank you so much for posting this music. Some people do not know, but this repetitive form of music is usually called 'minimalism.' I personally find it to be far more effective than other sleep therapy music because its unchanging rhythm does not distract me. Phillip Glass does an awesome piece called "Metamorphosis" that I highly recommend.
