kudos to this vid. for me, a darker environment where your senses can be focused on the other person rather then objects and items around u. also, i found that listen to constant, simple rihtymed music amplifies the experiance as it happens. a GREAT recommendation if you like a bit of rock (dont worry, it fits) is the song Reflection by Tool. its 11 minutes long, & Triad, the sogn after it has potential as well. plz look into it

But even the enlightened master cared enough to write about it after being in such a state. All I am saying is 'bliss' is not the ultimate or final state. It is just a state experienced between bouts of creation. No one state is better or more meaningful. It's all good :)

In the conventional sense I would agree with you. But if you look at creation - Something borne out of Nothing - there seems to be a fundamental level of awareness that is able to choose between singularity and duality. I am only suggesting that since this awareness chooses 'creating something' at one point, it must be bored of nothing/everything. And when it chooses nothing, it does so because it prefers 'absolute peace' at that point.

These are advaced concepts. I define bliss as the non-polarized state of existence where there is no differentiation. There is just one single perception. Although very peaceful, this state cannot be sustained for too long because it is too boring. Extremely flawed? How do you know what you have not tried. When you find love, you find oneness. 2 automatically becomes one. You can call this...sex meditation. Good for those who are spiritual, and want to achieve and equal balance throughout the whole session. False hope? It's an ancient practice and it lasted this long for a reason.
