Lia is the artist. She's a Japanese artist, and she's good. That's all I know about her. Also, she sang a bunch of other songs in Clannad, Air, and Kanon, I think.

She wrote the opening song (I think) and most of the songs to the other Key/Visual novel games like AIR. When she did this, she was in I've. Of course, I can be wrong of her writing, although she is credited for it though.

Lia is only the singer. The sound team of KEY (Jun Maeda, Shinji Orito, Magome Togoshi) is responsible for most of the songwriting (with some exceptions -- eufonius composed Clannad's opening theme). In the case of Chiisana Tenohira, Jun Maeda is the composer.
