@ShadowWolf10000 He wasn't always with ebonite. Tim Mack being the main Storm guy when they first came on the scene most likely influenced Mika's decision to sign with storm at that time. He was the American international bowler and he threw storm. The other international bowlers (the big one being Mika) probably took note.

@piyte Actually the new rage in bowling right now is fitness. With the World Series of Bowling last year, competitors had to bowl 12 games a day, 5 days in a row. Many top bowlers worked on cardio and lower body strength a ton over their over season to prepare, one great example is Liz Johnson. She lost a TON of weight over the summer and performed really well the following season.

They apply spin by using their wrist as they release the ball and the non waxed section of the lane at the end will allow it to apply spin.

@theprofessional90 no, the wrist moves positions which provides rotation (axis rotation and tilt). the fingers lift the ball which cause revolutions.
