Nice, nice version of one of my favorite Cheap Trick songs. Rick's solo is better, though, on the Oct 24 2008 Deer Park, NY version of this- just before they went to Australia, where I am sure they played this song at every show.
Great version of Downed, and it's always good to hear Kevin Kelly get a little recognition for opening people's eyes to N.T.O. and Cheap Trick. He's smiling!!!
Kevin was the second guitar teacher I ever had. He was a heck of a player.
Wound up, years later, playing with his old drummer from Rock Service. And just for good measure, I started playing Kevin's "Cuttin' The Rug" at band practice one night.
Brought back memories. Kevin was a well-liked dude that touched a lot of hearts.
WHO IS THIS BAND? they do the song justice , they know the feel of how it should be played , he sings it like he wrote it and i never even consider others singing zander. these guys were great who are they?
Rick, what are you talking about, you didn't suck.(facetious) Chicago is a great city, and you are among the greatest guitarists..you have been admired for decades.
Wow! I must say this is very powerful! I've seen the boys many many times since the Dream Police tour and have seen Downed performed a lot as well. Vocals and drumming are
In color was the best !!! And my fav Ct song also ..i remember riding my bike 8 miles in the summer "oregon" to k mart in 1979 i bealive to get this album YES album..LOL .Thank you for posting it..:)
