If there was one little hole in the gasket then once the oil get's hot it would become thinner and it would start liking oil and possibly smoke. So you would no if there was a hole but the reason i wouldn't do it is cuz there might be a little hole in the air intake and if water goes in there it would fuck the engine or at least hydrolock it
