The setting of the game is that some bad guy was polluting the ocean, and you needed to dive underwater, clog up the pipes with puffer fish, and collect gems to restore the bridge to the guy's island and defeat him. So as you progress thru the game (i.e. move up in star rank) you progressively undo the guy's plan, which is why you see less and less garbage.
if your playing treasure cove on a Windows XP some how. can you help me do the same. I have the game but there is always some kind of errors in the installion. Can you help
@TonyVerindra try using "DOSBox" if you have the old DOS version on disk. If you have a CD-rom you might try using WinXP's "compatibility mode" before running the setup. If you don't know what either of those things are, google will help you :)
@pastdweller it's a children's game, the premise of which is the lake has been polluted. as you go up in rank i guess you are making the lake less polluted.
What is the point of the trash on the ocean floor at this portion of the game, and the point of the fact that the trash disappears as you move up in rank?
@pastdweller It initially prevents the sharks from coming straight at you so you can watch the patterns. As your rank goes up the trash disappears and more sharks appear (they also become resistant to your bubble gun), making it more difficult to grab the gem.
